Title: Abortion Clinic Access bill

Vote to adopt a conference report that establishes fines and penalties for individuals using force, intimidation, or physical obstruction to prevent access by a person who works at or is seeking to use pregnancy or abortion-related services or a place of worship.

Highlights:
- Up to one year imprisonment and/or a fine for the individual's first offense. - Up to three years imprisonment and/or a fine for each additional offense. - Up to ten years imprisonment if the individual's actions resulted in injury to another individual. - Up to life imprisonment if the individual's actions resulted in a death to another individual. Sets the following fines and penalties if the individual's actions were nonviolent: - Up to six months imprisonment and/or a fine of $10,000 for the individual's first offense. - Up to eighteen months imprisonment and/or a fine of $25,000 for each additional offense. Other provisions: - Allows an individual or a business to seek compensation, punitive damages, and injunctive relief if such actions committed against them caused injury or damage. - Clarifies that peaceful picketing and other peaceful demonstrations against pregnancy or abortion-related services or places of worship will remain protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution. - Exempts the parents or a legal guardian of a minor from penalties if they deny that minor's access to pregnancy or abortion-related services.
