Vote to pass a bill that makes it a crime to use citizenship or resident alien documents that are false.

Highlights:

-Specifies that using false documents to conceal true citizenship or resident alien status will result in a felony charge punishable by imprisonment for up to five years and/or a fine $10,000.00 [Sec 1 6-3-614 (a)]. -Authorizes employees to report and deliver seized documents thought to be false to law enforcement officials with jurisdiction to investigate the violation [Sec 1 (6-3-614 (11-13))]. -Grants immunity to investigating officials or employee reporting false documents against action resulting from the seizure by the person presenting the documents [Sec 1 (6-3-614 (13-15))].
