Title: Abortion Clinic Licensure

Highlights:
-Specifies that on and after July 1, 2007, all abortion clinics must be licensed by the Board of Health in order to operate (Sec. 32.1-125). -Allows the Health Commissioner to deny, suspend, or revoke the license of any abortion clinic in violation of this legislation (Sec. 32.1-126). -Requires that all abortion clinics pay license fees that support the license and inspection program (Sec. 32.1-130).
