Highlights:

  • Requires that on July 1, 2018, each dining club license must convert to either a full-service restaurant license or a bar license (Sec. 32).
  • Requires full-service restaurants to either keep the formerly required barrier, put a 10-foot perimeter between the alcohol-dispensing area and dining area, or build a wall between the two areas that’s at least 3.5 feet tall (Sec. 32).
  • Requires 300 feet between restaurants serving alcohol and community locations such as parks, churches, and schools (Sec 32.)
