Vote to pass a bill that requires complainants to prove discriminatory intent in employer discrimination lawsuits.

• Requires complaints for unlawful discrimination practices for employer, organization, or public accommodation to be filed within 180 days of the alleged discrimination (Sec. A).

• Authorizes the defendant, at any time, to raise as a defense the complainant’s failure to file a discrimination complaint in a timely fashion (Sec. A).
