Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that appropriates funds for certain government operations through December 9, 2016, including funds to respond to the Zika virus.

Highlights:

• Authorizes $1.5 billion for the Army reserve to remain available until September 30, 2021 for the construction, acquisition, expansion, rehabilitation, and conversion of facilities for training and administrative purposes of (Division A, Title I).

• Appropriates $1 billion for the Navy and Marine Corps for the expense of family housing that will remain available until September 30, 2021 (Division A, Title I).

• Appropriates $2 billion to the Department of Defense for defense wide spending that will remain available until September 30, 2021 (Division A, Title I).
