Title: Authorizes Immunity for Individuals Reporting Drug Overdose

  • Specifies that this bill does not limit the admissibility of evidence, the seizure of evidence or contraband, the authority of a peace officer to take into custody or detain an individual, or immunity from prosecution established prior to the date in question, nor does it compel any individual to disclose protected health information (Sec. 1).
