Title: Prohibits Coastal Commission from Engaging in Ex Parte Communications

    • The date, time and location of the communication;
    • The identity of all individuals present during the communication; and
    • The complete set of all text and graphic material that was part of the communication.
  • Prohibits a commission member from using his or her official position to influence or alter the contents of a commission staff report, analysis or recommendation prior to a public hearing on the matter (Sec. 2).
