Highlights:

• Requires an oil or gas well operator to provide the following information requested by a city or county based on information known at the time of request (Sec. 1):

• A “good-faith” estimate of the number of wells the operator intends to drill in the next 5 years within the city or county’s jurisdiction; and
• A map showing existing, identified, approved, or applied-for well sites or related production facilities within the city or county’s jurisdiction.
