Vote to pass a bill that amends the health protection program.

Highlights:

• Extends the New Hampshire Health Protection program for 2 years (Sec. 3).

• Authorizes an individual to receive benefits if the individual meets a weekly 30-hour work requirement including, but not limited to 1 of, or a combination of, the following activities (Sec. 1):
• Work in the subsidized or unsubsidized private or public sector;
• Work related to job search and job readiness assistance; and
• Work in community service programs.

• Specifies that the program will continue, even if the work requirement is rejected by the federal government (Sec. 1).
