• Authorizes an individual with a valid permit to carry a “deadly weapon” on his or her person in a public establishment or at a public event, except in locations including, but not limited to, the following locations (Sec. 1):
• A “secured facility”;
• An educational institution; and
• A state, county, or municipal judicial department.
