Title: Authorizes State to Issue Real ID Compliant Identification Documents

  • Specifies that the price for an initial, renewal, duplicate, or corrected enhanced secure driver’s license is equal to a non-enhanced secure driver’s license (Sec. 10). 
  • Increases the price of issuance and renewal of a driver’s license to $48 for an 8 year validity period from the date of issuance (Secs. 4 & 21).
