Highlights:

• Requires a long-term care facility that uses the results of a government survey or inspection in an advertisement publication to include the following information in the advertisement (Sec. 1):
• The date the survey or inspection was conducted;
• A plan to correct a deficiency, if applicable;
• The date a deficiency was corrected, if applicable; and
• A statement that the advertisement is not authorized by a government agency.

• Requires the statements required by the provisions of this bill to have the same font, size, and prominence as other language used in a long-term facility’s advertisement (Sec. 1).
