• Requires a driving safety card to include the following terms (Sec. 2):
• “Driving safety card”;
• “Not for identification”;
• “No lawful status”; and
• “Not acceptable for official purposes”.
• Classifies an attempt, with intent to deceive, to use a driving safety card for identification purposes as a misdemeanor offense (Sec. 2).
