  • Authorizes a brewery to sell malt liquor at a fair, festival, or other event located in wet territory (Sec. 22).
  • Authorizes a bed and breakfast with a nonquota retail drink license to sell alcoholic beverages by the drink to paid overnight guests (Sec. 17).
  • Authorizes a commercial quadricycle business with an authorized public consumption license to authorize patrons to consume alcoholic beverages in nondescript plastic cups on the quadricycle (Sec. 9).
  • Authorizes an employee or agent of a distillery or winery to taste a product for the purpose of education, quality control, or product development (Sec. 20).
  • Authorizes an alcohol wholesaler to provide discounts to a retailer, if the discount is provided to all retailers with the same license type that are buying similar quantities (Sec. 28).
  • Prohibits the possession, sale, or use of powdered or crystalline alcohol (Sec. 24).
  • Specifies that an alcohol license issued after January 1, 2017 is valid for 1 year (Sec. 18).
