Title: Requires Schools to Report Immunization Rates

Vote to pass a bill that requires schools to publish the immunization rate, by disease, of their total student population, effective for the 2015-2016 school year.

Highlights:

  • Requires each local health department to make the immunization rate, by disease, of children in the area available for each school and children’s facility served by the department (Sec. 1).
