Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that prohibits the selling, procurement, or usage of "tobacco products" to and by individuals under the age of 21, effective July 1, 2016.
NOTE: The Legislature originally sent this bill to a conference committee to resolve differences between versions. The conference committee recommended that the last chamber reconsider the bill with previous amendments.

Vote to pass a bill that prohibits the selling, procurement, or usage of "tobacco products" to and by individuals under the age of 21, effective July 1, 2016.
Defines “tobacco products” as tobacco in any form, including, but not limited to electronic smoking devices, cigars, snuff, and chewing tobacco (Sec. 2).
Specifies that an individual under the age of 21 who unlawfully procures a tobacco product is subject to a $10 fine for the first offense and either a $50 fine or 48 to 72 hours of community service for subsequent offenses (Sec. 2).
Specifies that a vendor who unlawfully sells tobacco products is subject to a $500 fine for the first offense and a $500 to $2000 fine for subsequent offenses (Sec. 3).
Requires a vendor to post a sign where tobacco products are sold specifying that tobacco product are not sold to individuals under the age of 21 (Sec. 3).
