Title: Requires Notice of Proposed Collective Bargaining Agreements

  • Exempts certain individuals from the definition of public employee including, but not limited to, the following individuals (Sec. 2):
    • Elected officials;
    • Appointees of the Governor; and
    • Management-level employees.
