Vote to pass a bill that authorizes motorcycles to travel between traffic lanes under certain circumstances.

Highlights:

• Authorizes a motorcycle or moped operator to travel between adjacent lanes of traffic traveling in the same direction under the following circumstances (Sec. 1):
• The operator is on a road with a speed limit of at least 50 miles per hour;
• The operator is on a road with traffic slowed to 10 miles per hour or less; and
• The operator is driving “cautiously” and at a speed of 20 miles per hour or less.

• Specifies that the provisions of this bill apply to offenses occurring on or after the effective date of this bill (Sec. 2).
