Highlights:

• Repeals the prohibition on ticket sales at a price greater than the general admission advertised or charged for the same privilege (Sec. 1).

• Prohibits an individual from knowingly selling, giving, transferring, using, or distributing software primarily designed or produced for the purpose of interfering with the ticket sales of a place of public entertainment or amusement by circumventing online measures ensuring an equitable sale process (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies that a violation of the provisions of this bill is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for up to 93 days, a fine of up to $500, or both (Sec. 1).
