Title: Amends Absentee Ballot Application Procedure

Vote to pass a bill that amends the absentee ballot application procedure.
Highlights:
- Expands absentee voting application options by establishing the following options (Secs. 1 & 2):
- The option to choose an absentee ballot for all elections in a calendar year in which the voter is eligible to vote; and
- The option to choose an absentee ballot for all future elections in which the voter is eligible to vote.
- Requires the voter’s county board of elections to cancel the application if the voter applies for an absentee ballot in all future elections but does not return a completed absentee ballot for any election in a 24 month period after the application was approved, or if the absentee ballot mailed to the voter is returned undeliverable (Sec. 3).
