  • Transfers remaining funds authorized for use by the Health Insurance Exchange Corporation to the Health Insurance Exchange Fund (Sec. 4).
  • Establishes the Health Insurance Exchange Advisory Committee to advise the Department of Consumer and Business Services in the development and implementation of health insurance exchange policies and operational procedures (Sec. 13).
