Vote to pass a bill that requires annual inspections of abortion clinics.

Highlights:

• Requires the Department of Health and Senior Services, or a delegated official, to perform annual on-site inspections and investigations of any outpatient surgical center that performs the following procedures (Sec. A):
• At least 5 or more first trimester abortions per month; or
• Any number of second or third trimester abortions.
• Requires the department to release inspection and investigation reports to the public (Sec. A).
