Vote to pass a bill that increases the hourly minimum wage.

Highlights:

• Increases the hourly minimum wage from $7.25 to the following amounts (Sec. 1):
• $8.00 beginning July 1, 2015; and
• $8.75 beginning July 1, 2016.

• Authorizes an employer to pay an employee less than the state minimum wage until the employee has completed 90 calendar days of employment, with the following pay requirements during the first 90 days (Sec. 1):
• At least $7.10 per hour beginning July 1, 2015; and
• At least $7.85 per hour beginning July 1, 2016.
