Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that authorizes the Department of Administration to sell certain state office buildings, including the Landon and Eisenhower buildings.

Highlights:

• Authorizes the Secretary of Administration to sell specified lots on Harrison Street and Jackson Street in the City of Topeka (Secs. 1 & 2).

• Authorizes the secretary to purchase and sell the Van Buren Project, the Curtis State Office Building, the Curtis Parking Facility, and any land associated with these properties through the purchase options in each property’s lease (Secs. 3-5).
