Highlights:
  • Transfers a portion of the revenue from the Corporation Business Tax to the Citizens’ Election Fund if the Citizens’ Election Fund cannot sufficiently fund the grants provided to each qualified candidate during a primary or election cycle (Sec. 1).
  • Requires the transfer from the Corporation Business Tax to Citizens’ Election Fund to be equal to the amount that is necessary to provide grants to all qualified candidates during the primary or general election cycle (Sec. 1)
