Highlights:

• Requires a political contribution by a corporation or limited liability company to be made only from certain funds that have been reported as income on individual income tax returns, including the following funds (Sec. 1):
• Corporate dividends; 
• Salaries; 
• Wages; 
• Commissions;
• Bonuses; and 
• Capital gains.
