Title: Prohibits Confidentiality Agreements in State Employee Settlements

    • The amount paid in the form of “bonus pay.” 
  • Defines “bonus pay” as additional remuneration provided to an employee in the form of a bonus, including, but not limited to, a retention bonus, a recruitment bonus, or a job performance bonus (Sec. 3).
