Title: Baseline Reform Act of 2014

Vote to pass a bill that removes automatic inflation for future fiscal year budgets from the budget baseline formula and requires the Congressional Budget Office to report on the Long-Term Budget Outlook for the next 40 fiscal years.

Highlights:
  • Repeals certain adjustments to the budget baseline formula used to calculate for the budget year and the following 9 years of discretionary spending including, but not limited to, adjustments for inflation (Sec. 2).
