Vote to pass a bill that establishes the Native American Cultural Center Trust Fund.

Highlights:

• Establishes the “Native American Cultural Center Trust Fund” for the purpose of completing construction of the American Indian Cultural Center and Museum (Sec. 3).

• Establishes the “American Indian Cultural Center and Museum Completion Fund” to be used by the Native American Cultural Educational Authority for the purpose of completing construction of the American Indian Cultural Center and Museum (Sec. 4). 

• Transfers $40 million from the Unclaimed Property Fund to the Native American Cultural Center Trust Fund (Sec. 5).  

• Transfers $40 million from the Native American Cultural Center Trust Fund to the Native American Cultural and Education Authority if $40 million of non-state and non-federal donations, contributions, and gifts are contributed to the American Indian Cultural Center and Museum Completion Fund (Sec. 4).
