Title: Death Penalty for Second Offender Sex Offenders
Vote to pass a conference report that requires individuals convicted of forcible anal sodomy, oral sodomy, rape, or molestation, of a child 14 years or younger twice, can be sentenced to either the death penalty or life in prison without parole. This bill also creates the Child Abuse Response Team that is to investigate cases dealing with physical and sexual abuse of a child.
