Title: Prohibits State Environmental Regulations from Exceeding EPA Regulations

  • Prohibits the Environmental Rules Board from adopting a hazardous waste facility requirement that is more “stringent” than a requirement established by the Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) (Sec. 4).
