Title: Employment Non-Discrimination Act of 2013

Vote to pass a bill that prohibits employment discrimination based on the real or perceived sexual orientation or gender identity of an individual.

Highlights:
  • Prohibits an employer from discriminating against, failing to hire, refusing to hire, or discharging any individual on the basis of the individual’s actual or perceived "sexual orientation" or "gender identity" (Sec. 4).
