Vote on a motion to suspend rules and pass a joint resolution that continues fiscal year 2013 appropriations for the National Park Services, Smithsonian Institute, National Gallery of Art, and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum for fiscal year 2014.
Appropriates the necessary funds for fiscal year 2014 to continue projects or activities conducted in fiscal year 2013 for National Park Service operations, the Smithsonian Institution, the National Gallery of Art, and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (Sec. 101).
Specifies that the funds made available by this bill include the least amount of funding necessary to provide for the continuation of projects and activities (Sec. 105).
Specifies that the funds made available by this bill for civilian personnel may be distributed up to the rate necessary to avoid furloughs within a given department, provided that the department takes all necessary actions to reduce or defer non-personnel-related administrative expenses (Sec. 106).
