Title: Trafficking Illegal Drugs
Vote to adopt a conference report that sets penalties for individuals who import, transport, or store marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine, and other specified illegal drugs. If individuals are convicted of trafficking in illegal drugs, then they are sentenced to a mandatory minimum of 15 years and serve at least 85 percent of their sentence for parole eligibility.
