Vote to pass a bill that requires designated voter registration agencies to provide records to the Secretary of State for automatic voter registration, effective immediately.

Highlights:
  • Requires a “qualified designated voter registration agency” to provide to the Secretary of State the age, residence, citizenship data, and a digital copy of the signature of each individual who meets qualifications set by the secretary (Sec. 2).
