Title: Procedures for Citizen Proposed Initiatives
Vote to pass a bill that creates a set of guidelines for citizens to propose bylaws and ordinances, or to enact a peoples veto within their respective municipalities. The bill states that the petition for either action must be signed by a number of [registered voters in] the municipality equal to at least ten percent of the total votes cast for Governor in the municipality in the most recent gubernatorial election.
