- Prohibits an individual from operating a motor vehicle while using a wireless telecommunications device to “access, read, or post to a social networking site” (Sec. 1).
- Defines “access, read, or post to a social networking site” as the use of a wireless telecommunications device to access, read, or post to any web-based service that allows individuals to construct a profile within a bounded system, manage a list of other users with whom the individual shares a connection, and communicate with other members of the site (Sec. 1).
