Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that appropriates funds for fiscal years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 for the renovation of the State Capitol.

Highlights:

• Appropriates the following funds from the General Revenue Fund:
• $50 million to the Office of Administration for repairs and renovations to the State Capitol;
• $38 million to the Office of Administration for the construction of a Department of Transportation Central Office building;
• $13 million to the Office of Administration for the planning and design for the replacement of the Fulton State Hospital; and
• $20 million to the Department of Natural Resources for repairs and renovations to state parks and historic sites.

• Appropriates $48 million from the Conservation Commission Fund to the Department of Conservation for certain purposes including, but not limited to, the acquisition and development of stream access and lake sites.
