    • From $8.00 to at least $8.25, beginning January 1, 2014;

    • From $8.75 to at least $9.25, beginning January 1, 2016.
  • Requires the Industrial Welfare Commission to annually adjust the minimum wage to compensate for an increase in the California Consumer Price Index, beginning January 1, 2017 (Sec. 1).
