Vote to pass a bill that reduces the number of classroom instruction hours required for concealed handgun license training, effective September 1, 2013.
Reduces the number of classroom instruction hours required to obtain or renew a concealed handgun license to no less than 4 hours and no more than 6 hours, whereas existing law required no less than 10 hours and no more 15 hours of classroom instruction (Sec. 2).
