Title: Repeals Limits on Campaign Financing

  • Establishes the following penalties for a failure to timely or accurately file any report required by the provisions of this bill (Sec. 2):
    • $300 or 10 percent of the amount not properly reported, whichever amount is greater, for the first offense;
    • $600 or 15 percent of the amount not properly reported, whichever amount is greater, for the second offense; or
    • $1,200 or 20 percent of the amount not properly reported, whichever amount is greater, for the third or any subsequent offense.
