  • Requires the governor to appoint 2 members to serve a 3 year term on the State Employees Benefits Committee, from any 2 of the following groups (Sec. 1): 
    • The Delaware State Education Association;
    • The American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees;
    • The Correctional Officers Association of Delaware; or
    • The Delaware State Troopers Association.
  • Prohibits any organizational representative from serving more than 2 consecutive terms as a committee member (Sec. 1).
