Vote to override a veto of a bill that creates a Board of Registration of Massage Therapy and sets requirements in order to get a license as a massage therapist, including not having been convicted of sexually-related crime or crime involving moral turpitude for ten years, 500 hours of classroom hours or supervised instruction and proof of professional liability coverage. The bill also prohibits anyone who is not licensed as a massage therapist from using the word "massage" in advertisements for services.
