Highlights:
  • Increases funds for the Oklahoma Film Enhancement Rebate Program which provides rebates to production companies to cover the cost of producing films, television programs, or commercials made in Oklahoma from $5 million to $10 million (Sec. 1).
  • Reduces the amount that a rebate will cover from 35% to 25% of the total expenditure for films made after July 1, 2013 (Sec. 1).
