    • Information on how the APPS backlog has been reduced;

    • Information on the number of firearms recovered from APPS enforcement; and
    • Information on the number of people cleared from or added to the APPS database.

NOTE: A BILL WITH AN URGENCY CLAUSE REQUIRES A TWO-THIRDS VOTE OF EACH CHAMBER OF THE LEGISLATURE FOR THE CLAUSE TO PASS. IF PASSED, THE BILL GOES INTO EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON ENACTMENT.
