Vote to pass a bill that prohibits the enforcement of certain federal regulations on a firearm manufactured and owned within the state of Kansas.
Highlights:
- Prohibits the enforcement of any federal firearm regulation which violates the second amendment to the constitution of the United States (Sec. 6).
