Vote to repass a bill, after having concurred with the Senate Amendments thereto, that requires a physicians to be present during the administration of an abortion drug.

  • Requires a physician who provides an abortion-inducing drug or chemical to be present during the administration of the drug to the abortion patient (Sec. A).
