Highlights:
  • Requires the salary of the governor to be increased by 3 percent on January 1, 2015, and January 1, 2016 (Art. 7, Sec. 12). 
  • Requires the salary of each member of the legislature to be equal to 33 percent of the governor’s salary (Art. 7, Sec. 1).
  • Requires a state or political subdivision, municipal corporation, or other public agency to allow a military officer or employee to choose when to take 15 days of paid military leave during each calendar year (Art. 5, Sec. 1).
