Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that authorizes a school district to enter into an agreement with the nearest Native American tribe in order to identify an acceptable tribal mascot, effective immediately.

- The acceptable name, symbol, or image of a mascot that is associated with a Native American tribe;
